The rooms is so nice, comfort and cleans. value for money. I will visit again for next visit.

It is located near to the city and it is very convenient for me to drop by to the shopping complex. The rate quite reasonable and the facility is well equipped with air conditioned rooms, kitchenette ans swimming pool.

Good location for family if you have your own car. Good Security. Price is reasonsable.. depending on the promotion when compare with others.

At the entrance and walkway is alway smelly. Please improve the cleanliness.

The accommodation was good except that no bedside tables or lamps were provided in the main bedroom which was disappointing. Showers were excellent. Overall a pleasant experience staying in an apartment rather than an hotel room.

The room we stay just at the same floor with swiiming pool which is comformtable and convenient for swimming after whole day shopping. The shuttle bus is very conveninet to go to city center.

very spacious service apartment,clean and tidy,very suitable for family stay or a group of friends!

better rent and motor bike or car if staying here, rental is very cheap. i wont say its too far away from city centre, u can still walk to there,but, walking might take u over 30mins, if going by taxi, just about 5mins with RM 10-15. dont forget to bargain with taxi drivers.

The suite is spacious. Excellent for family with children. The staff are helpful but you have to book the shuttle earlier if you are travelling in a big group. As the shuttle is quite small and it always get full.

It was like homestay.. I have everything I needed for my children. The pools, kitchen for me to cook.. the hotel provided the kitchen utensils. We had three rooms and it's more than enough for everyone. My kids loved to stay there and swam at any time they wished. I could take a break from city noises. It was very relaxing... The hotel also had a secure environment where staffs were always around.

There are rooms for improvements for the hotel such as providing more benches and shelters by the pools. It would be nice if the hotel has their own mini bus or car for transportation either for rent or for their own workers.

The price is very affordable especially if you are traveling in groups. The deluxe suite itself is very comfortable and spacious for 6 people. It was well maintained, clean and had everything one needs for a short and long stay.

I just hope they would expand more on their breakfast menus.

I really enjoy the 2 nites stay as it really worth the money. I book a 3 room apartment with nice and comfort rooms. Really nice living hall and a small corner for drinking

city outskirt, away from busiest traffic, ample & secure parking lot. clean room. reasonable price....and quick respond to customer demand..keep up the good work.

yet to consider...parking lot too small...that nite my vehicle was paint kissed at front bumber..difficult for beside vehicle to in or out of park..too narrow i guest??tq

Apartment style with 3 rooms per unit. Suitable for family.

Far from eateries especially if you come back late in evening. Taxi so expensive. Shuttle to town provided by the hotel not reliable. No substitute driver if that particular driver on duty is on mc that day.

The environment inside the condotel is good and comfortable which suitable for family or group trip.

However, the parking at the basement is a bit dark n smell mouldy. I found that there is some problem with the usage for the pass card which required us to keep on reset it at the reception every couple day. It is a bit annoying since we unable to take the lift if without the card. The housekeeping service is quite difficult to reach since I need to call for a few times in order to get replacement for my towel which have been taken away by the cleaner after their cleaning process. The toilet flush for my unit facing some water leakage problem which cause the toilet become so wet. The maintenance department maybe can try to paint some of the wall in the unit as some of the paint in one of the room already fall off and it might cause uncomfortable feeling for us to sleep inside such wall condition.
